The pool is kept between 28-30ºC helping to stimulate blood circulation and relaxation of muscles. All dogs either wear a float coat to provide buoyancy and offer support or a harness to aid the hydrotherapist in handling the dog. Additionally, the pool is equipped with water jets that can provide a more challenging swim when required.
We also provide a warm shower to wash your dog both before and after treatment and a dryer to dry your dog off thoroughly afterwards. We do ask that you bring your own towel to the appointment. There is ample parking directly in front of the Centre. We have a car ramp should your dog need extra assistance exiting or entering your car.
